PooPal is a collection of actions from three Apple apps: Reminders, Shortcuts, and Widgets. Set up PooPal in five steps.

  1. Create a List in the Reminders App
  2. Adjust Permissions in Shortcuts Settings
  3. Download the PooPal Shortcut
  4. Connect the PooPal Shortcut and the new List
  5. Add the Widgets

1. Create a new List in the Reminders App

If you don't use the Reminders App regularly, drag down on the home screen to reveal the search bar and type "Reminders". Otherwise, open the app as you normally would.

Inside the Reminders app, tap Add List on the bottom right-hand corner. Name the List PooPal Reminders. Pick a color and select Done . You will now see the PooPal Reminders list in the Reminders app.

2. Adjust Permissions in Shortcuts Settings

Apple allows iOS users to share Shortcuts between devices. In order to do this you will need to adjust your permissions. I've copied and pasted the instructions from the Apple Support Docs below.

Enable shared shortcuts

You can add shortcuts from sources outside the Gallery—from friends, personal backups, websites, and more. These shared shortcuts are considered “untrusted” and to import them you must allow untrusted shortcuts in the settings.

Important: If you want to share a shortcut you’ve created or modified, you’ll also need to allow untrusted shortcuts in the settings.
